Be sure to get a mild formula since strong cleanser and exfoliators can irritate the skin quite easily. Just remember not to overdo it since too much scrubbing can tear the back of your skin. After you shower, you can apply ointments that have ingredients like salicyclic acid or benzoyl peroxide.
