A Free Negative Calorie Diet

Here is a free negative calorie diet that you can use in the way that fit you best. It is not recommended to eat negative calorie diet food only, but should be used together with a regular weight loss diet. This diet can help you when your food cravings are especially high.

Which foods are we talking about?

Not everybody knows about this food, therefore I will explain exactly what this diet consist of and what it really does to your body. Many people think that this is food which has less than 0 calories, but this is not right because, all food has some calories even if it's just a bit. So what negative calories refers to is the net result of eating certain kinds of food: by eating this food your body will burn more calories than the calories contained in the food you ate. Let's say that you eat an orange containing 50 calories. Since oranges are negative calorie food, your body will burn more than the 50 calories the orange contained. How much more calories it will burn varies from individual to individual. Some people would burn 1.5 times as much as the calories contained in the orange. In this case the net result would be that your body will burn 25 calories per orange you eat, just by doing nothing but eating them.

To find out how many calories You will burn, the only thing to do is to try it out. As I've said before, you should not diet with this foods all the time, but some days in between your ordinary weight loss diet and especially when you really have annoying food cravings, this can help you. You should also incorporate as much as possible of negative calorie foods in your regular diet and adjust the proportions of this food in accordance to what your situation is from day to day.
